POLITICS AND ECONOMICS IN AN ELECTION YEAR
The USMCOC together with The Center for Hemispheric Policy of the University of Miami will host a program entitled Mexico: Politics and Economics in an Election Year. The program will last from 8:00-9:45 a.m. in the London Room of the J.W. Marriott Hotel, located at 1109 Brickell Avenue. Registration and a continental breakfast will be from 8:00-8:15 a.m. and the program will follow from 8:15-9:45 a.m. This program will feature Luis Rubio, visiting fellow of the Center for Hemispheric Policy and director general for the Center for Research of Development; Russell Crandell, MacArthur Assistant Professor of Political Science, Davidson College; and Manuel Suárez Mier, former Latin America senior economist at Bank of America.
